Semi-Sweet, Blackberry-Forward

This semi-sweet red wine is a blend of Blackberry and Merlot wine.  The Blackberry wine provides a very blackberry fruit forward character while the Merlot provides body and complexity.

Pairs well with grilled pork loin, charcuterie, aged cheddar or Manchego cheese, and savory flatbreads. After dinner, pair it with cheesecake, fudge brownies, or blackberry cobbler.

Blackberry Merlot is a semi-sweet red wine that blends the soft, smooth tannins of Merlot with the rich, dark fruit flavor of ripe blackberries. It’s bold, jammy, and easy to enjoy, making it an excellent pairing wine for both savory dishes and sweet endings.

Serve lightly chilled or at cellar temperature (55–60°F) to let the blackberry flavors shine while keeping it smooth and refreshing.
