Wine Club Details

Landry Vineyards Wine Club Membership is a one year commitment to purchase a minimum of 3 bottles of wine during the wine club months – March, June, September, and December – which may either be shipped (member pays shipping) or picked up at Landry Vineyards tasting room. There are no membership fees. Please read the details below.

How it Works for SHIPPING MEMBERS

1. When joining, members are not placing an order, but can by selecting the shopping tab.
2. Member will receive an email from Landry Vineyards notifying member that it is time for wine club shipment with a specified deadline.
3. Member will respond to email if any wine selection or shipping changes are needed.
4. Once an order is placed or the wine club deadline has arrived, wine will be shipped.

How it Works for PICK UP MEMBERS

1. When joining, members are not placing an order, but can by sending an order to info@landryvineyards.com or dropping by the tasting room Monday-Saturday from 11-5:30.
2. Member will receive an email from Landry Vineyards notifying member that it is time for wine club pick up with a specified deadline.
3. Member must respond to Landry Vineyards if they are not able to drop by the tasting room to pick it up in the allotted time.
4. If the deadline arrives without receiving an order or hearing from the member, wine will be shipped, at the member’s expense, within 5-10 days after the first of the following month.

• Tasting Room and Shipped Wine Volume Discounts:
  • 3-5 Bottles = 10% discount
  • 6-11 bottles = 15% discount
  • 12+ bottles = 20% discount
• Enjoy tasting room and online order discounts year round
• Exclusive Wine Club parking and a preorder service for Landry Vineyards Outdoor Concerts
• Club members can pre-order wine for concerts and Lagniappe concerts. Orders MUST be sent via email by the Wednesday before the concert by 3pm
• For Special Events conducted by Landry Vineyards, Members will have ticket access privilege before ticketed events are open to the public.
• Free tour for 6 adults annually
• Club member receives one of the following options when picking up their wine club order during the wine club month:
  • 2 free wine tastings of six 1oz wine samples
  • 2 free glasses of wine
  • 1 tasting and 1 glass of wine 
• Member custom selects the type of wine and the quantity each club month or it can be the same each quarter. (Members Choice) Member must notify Landry Vineyards of any changes before the specified deadline.

IMPORTANT TERMS AND INFORMATION:

• Members must be 21 years of age to join the wine club.
• Wine may be shipped to place of employment or to a business. Please make sure your employer or business approves.
• Someone 21 years or older must be present to sign for the wine shipment.
• Landry Vineyards Wine Club is a rollover club. Members can cancel their membership AFTER they have fulfilled their one year commitment. Membership cancellations must be sent via email.
• Each shipment is automatically charged to your card, payments are made to VinoShipper OR Landry Vineyards.
• A tracking number will be emailed upon shipment.
