Cabernet Sauvignon American pairs beautifully with bold, hearty dishes. Its soft tannins, dark fruit flavors, and light oak finish complement grilled steaks, beef short ribs, and smoked pork loin, while its medium acidity also works well with tomato-based pastas like lasagna or Bolognese. It’s a great match for aged cheeses like cheddar or gouda, and even pairs nicely with earthy vegetarian dishes such as grilled portobello mushrooms or eggplant Parmesan. Serve slightly below room temperature for the best flavor experience.
These Cabernet Sauvignon grapes were carefully selected and hand-picked by the Colavita family in California, then shipped to Landry Vineyards in Louisiana, where the wine was thoughtfully handcrafted and bottled. This vintage is a robust, dry red wine with a soft tannin structure and medium acidity. It offers rich, dark fruit aromas and medium-high fruit flavors, balanced by a gentle, light oak finish. The result is a smooth, approachable Cabernet Sauvignon with depth and character.
Let the wine breathe for 15–30 minutes and serve slightly below room temperature (around 60–65°F) for the best experience.
